Permission was granted to build a new Home Economics Facility on site in 2012 and eventually work started on Mon 22nd April, 2013 in rain, hail and snow! The new building will comprise of two practical rooms furnished with brand new ‘state of the art’ equipment, two classrooms with computer facilities and a resource/technician room. The practical rooms will also have a work station especially adaptable to accommodate pupils with a physical disability. The Home Economics Department and pupils are very much looking forward to this very exciting development.
