Dalriada maintain High Standard of Examination Results.

This year’s ‘A’ Level pupils at Dalriada have maintained the high standard of success achieved by the School in external examinations.  A very impressive 75% of the Upper Sixth Form students obtained at least 3 A*- C grades each.  Almost 35% of all ‘A’ Level grades obtained at Dalriada were A* or A grades, well above the Northern Ireland average.

The following 18 Dalriada students obtained at least 3 A*/A grades:

Caitlin de Jode, Priya Kher, Rebekah Warke, Holly Clark, Scott Anderson, Megan Myer, Niall Sherman, Stuart Fallows, Jack Henry, Isaac Kerr, Amber McIntyre, Matthew Shaw, Lisa Bartlett, Emma Christie, Peter Johnston, Marcus McClean, Judith McConaghy and Harriet Neely.

In Lower Sixth the results were also impressive 74% of the Lower Sixth Form obtained at least 3 A-C grades.  Over 36% of all grades in Lower Sixth were A grades and over 63% of all Dalriada grades were either A or B grades, well above the Northern Ireland average.

 

The following 24 Dalriada students obtained at least 3 ‘A’ grades.

Reflecting on their academic achievements, Headmaster Mr Tom Skelton said ‘I am delighted with these results and immensely proud of our pupils who have worked extremely hard to earn their success.  Our committed staff and supportive parents have also made a huge contribution to this success.  In addition these young people have made an outstanding contribution to the cultural and sporting life of the school.  I wish our leavers every success in the future’.
